The Regular Members of the Ward Committee shall be the legislative branch of the Boston Ward Three Republican Party.
Regular Members in good standing shall be current in payment of annual dues to the Ward Committee.
The Regular Members shall have the power to elect and remove the officers and Executive Committee
of the Ward Committee in accordance with these by-laws, to set policy for the Republican Party in Boston Ward Three,
to serve as members on standing and special committees of the
Ward Committee as may be designated by the Ward Chairman to review,
oversee and approve the budget of the Ward Committee,
to adopt rules or resolutions consistent with these by-laws pursuant to M.G.L. c. 52, sec. 10,
to further the interest of the Republican Party, and to represent all enrolled Republicans.
Section 2. Associate Members.
Each Associate Member of the Ward Committee shall make himself available to work with
and assist the Regular Members to perform their duties for the benefit of the
Republican Party in Boston Ward Three, as may be assigned to him by the ward chairman.
